1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and 9php Casino (the "Platform", "9php", "we", "us", or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sports betting platform operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By creating an account, accessing the 9php website at 9php.cam, or using any service provided by the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the 9php Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the 9php website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with 9php or use any service provided by the Platform. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at all times when accessing the Platform.

9php does not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your place of residence. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 9php. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform employs advanced fraud detection systems and regularly audits account registrations to identify duplicate accounts. If we identify or suspect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void all bets, wagers, and transactions conducted on duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all balances, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, held in duplicate accounts;
• Report the matter to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse, money laundering, and other fraudulent activities. If you have forgotten your account credentials or believe an account was created in error, contact 9php Customer Support immediately rather than attempting to create a new account.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false name, address, date of birth, or payment information, constitutes fraud and is grounds for immediate account termination. You acknowledge that 9php may verify your information through third-party databases and identity verification services, and you consent to such verification.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Account Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, 9php is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires you to submit one or more of the following Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Social Security System (SSS) Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Postal ID
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Other government-issued IDs bearing a photograph, signature, and date of birth

All submitted documents must be valid (not expired) and clearly legible. The name on your identification document must match the name registered on your 9php account. KYC verification typically takes between 1 and 24 hours. Until your account is verified, you will be able to deposit and play games, but withdrawal requests will not be processed. 9php reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership, at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9php accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 9php does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet operator) may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests from verified 9php accounts are processed within 24 hours of submission. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya typically complete within 5 minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 9php account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under Philippine AML regulations.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

Standard 9php accounts may withdraw up to ₱500,000 per transaction and ₱2,000,000 per calendar month. VIP-tier accounts are subject to higher limits as specified in their tier benefits. 9php reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Play Credits

9php offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free play credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration dates, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits, which are published in the Promotions section of the 9php website at the time the bonus is offered.

Typical wagering requirements for 9php bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱30,000 before winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other Users, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure and referral to PAGCOR for further investigation.

6. Game Rules, Betting, and Payouts

6.1 Game Integrity

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games offered by 9php are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information panels and are accurate representations of the statistical expected payout over an extended period of play. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers using physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) and are streamed in real time from licensed studios.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are considered final once accepted by the Platform. A bet is considered accepted when you receive on-screen confirmation and the bet amount is deducted from your account balance. 9php reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of an error, technical malfunction, pricing error, or if the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other irregular circumstance, settlement rules as published in the 9php Sports Betting Rules will apply. If a palpable error occurs (such as an incorrect price or line), 9php reserves the right to correct the error and resettle the bet at the correct odds.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

9php imposes maximum payout limits on certain game categories and bet types to manage risk. These limits are subject to change and will be published in the relevant game rules. Progressive jackpot winnings are not subject to maximum payout limits and will be paid in full. Large winnings may be paid in installments at the discretion of 9php, in acco rdance with PAGCOR regulations and our internal risk management policies.

7. Account Security and Responsible Use

7.1 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9php account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must notify 9php Customer Support immediately.

9php will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account settings to add an additional layer of security to your account.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9php Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for personal gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Creating multiple accounts or using nominee accounts;
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or 9php staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform software.

Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time. Once activated, certain limits (particularly cooling-off periods and self-exclusion) cannot be reversed before the specified timeframe expires.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help. Resources are available through PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Program and other Philippine support organizations. You may also request permanent self-exclusion from 9php by contacting Customer Support. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened, and any attempt to create a new account following self-exclusion will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9php Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 9php or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 9php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if 9php has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 9php account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 9php Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the location of 9php's principal place of business, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event of a dispute between you and 9php, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our Customer Support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as outlined in their published regulations.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 9php account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and provided that all wagering requirements and other conditions have been met. 9php reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of account closure by 9php for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

13. Amendments to Terms

9php reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
