About 9php — The Online Casino
Made for the Philippines
9php started with a straightforward idea: Filipino players deserve a proper online casino platform that speaks their language, accepts their payment methods, and pays out fast. This is our story.
How 9php Came to Be
9php was founded by a group of Filipino gambling enthusiasts and tech professionals who were frankly tired of the same frustrating experience: logging into an international casino platform, converting Philippine Peso into foreign currency, waiting days for a withdrawal, and dealing with a support team that had never heard of GCash. They knew the Philippines deserved better — and they built it.
The name 9php is a nod to the Philippine Peso — ₱ (PHP) — the currency every Filipino earns in, spends in, and thinks in. The "9" reflects the platform's ambition to be a step above: faster payouts, more games, fairer odds, and more genuine local relevance than anything that came before it. From the very first line of code, the 9php platform was designed to serve players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and every corner of the archipelago.
Operating under the full regulatory framework of PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — 9php is not a gray-market operation running from an offshore server farm. We're a licensed, accountable, Philippine-focused platform that plays by the rules because we believe the rules exist to protect players. Independent game audits, segregated player funds, and published RTP rates are not marketing points at 9php; they're baseline requirements we hold ourselves to every single day.
Today, 9php offers over 1,000 games — live dealer tables, online sabong, slot machines with progressive jackpots, sports betting on PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, and boxing, bingo rooms with Filipino-speaking hosts, racing, and more. It all lives under a single login, a single peso balance, and one of the fastest GCash withdrawal systems in the country. That's the 9php story — and it's still being written.

The 9php Core Principles
Six principles guide every decision made at 9php — from which games we add to the lobby to how fast we process a ₱500 withdrawal at 2am.
Regulatory Integrity
9php operates exclusively within the PAGCOR licensing framework. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, and we maintain full compliance with Philippine law on player protection, AML, and responsible gaming.
Philippine Peso First
Every peso you deposit is a peso in your 9php balance — no conversion, no FX spread, no hidden markup. We believe Filipino players should always know exactly what they're working with, in the currency they live in.
Speed as a Standard
A withdrawal shouldn't take three days. At 9php, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from verified accounts land in under 5 minutes. Speed is not a premium feature — it's the baseline expectation we set for ourselves.
Provably Fair Games
Every RNG game in the 9php lobby is independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. RTP percentages are published and real. We have no interest in running a rigged house — long-term trust is worth more to 9php than short-term edge.
Genuinely Local
9php support agents speak English and Tagalog. Our live bingo rooms have Filipino hosts. Our sabong product was built in consultation with cockpit operators and longtime sabungero communities. Local isn't a marketing claim — it's a design decision.
Player Wellbeing First
9php builds responsible gaming tools into every account — deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion, and 21+ age verification enforced at KYC. We want players to enjoy the platform long-term, which means keeping gambling in its proper place.
Everything Under One 9php Account
The question we ask ourselves before adding anything to 9php is simple: does this make the Filipino player's experience genuinely better? If yes, it goes in. That approach has produced a platform that covers every major game category local players actually want — not a bloated catalogue of obscure European games nobody here is searching for.
Online sabong is probably the most distinctly Filipino thing about 9php — live cockfight streams from licensed cockpits with real-time betting. It sits alongside a full live casino (50+ tables running 24/7), over 500 slot titles from international studios, sports betting on PBA and beyond, bingo rooms with local hosts, virtual racing, and Dragon Gate. All of it accessible from a single login and a single Philippine Peso balance.
21+ Age Policy — Strictly Enforced
All 9php games and services are restricted to players aged 21 and above, per PAGCOR regulation. Age is verified during KYC using a Philippine government-issued ID. Accounts identified as belonging to underage users are suspended immediately.
Live Casino & Table Games
50+ live dealer tables operating 24/7 — Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Andar Bahar. HD streams, Filipino-speaking dealers in select rooms, bet limits from ₱50 to ₱1,000,000.
Online Sabong
Live cockfight derbies from PAGCOR-licensed cockpits, streamed in real time. Place Meron or Wala bets from your 9php balance — no need to travel to the arena. Uniquely Filipino, available every day.
Sports Betting
Pre-match and live in-play betting on PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, boxing, volleyball, and international football. Competitive odds, fast settlement, and a full bet history in your 9php account.
Slots, Bingo, Racing & More
500+ slot titles including Megaways and progressive jackpots, live bingo with Filipino hosts, virtual racing, and Dragon Gate. One 9php login — every game category covered in Philippine Peso.
